Christmas Eve......

Just want to wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas !!!!
I have made it Powell River......it was touch and go for awhile there.
I started off the week great......sadly as I neared Wednesday I found myself peering at a FLAT TIRE. Yes....I said flat tire....as I scratch my head and wonder what the hell....I give good old Canadian Tire a call...cause hey, the know tires ....right ??? It's in there name, right ??!?!
They tell me they are open late so I venture down after work (my neighbor at work let me use his air compressor.) I ended up leaving my car there for them to work on so I would have to pick it up the next morning. Well 3hrs later I get a call from them saying that they don't have any tires that fit.....strange that they wouldn't have told me this earlier that day when I call to see if they had any for my car......yes, yes...strange in deed. So the next morning I troop down and pick up my car....at least they put the spare on for me....I asked them to call there other store on Burrard......I'm in luck...they have 2 tires left that are my size....yeah !!!! I race down and drop my car off ......since I am there I asked them to check the hoses on the coolant as well cause the light keeps coming on and off....well talk about opening a whole can of woop ass !!! So Canadian Tire calls me and says that they have put the new tires on....for a small fortune mind you.....then wham oh.....here's the bad mood.......my water pump is leaking......yeee hawww !!
Just what I need !!! Anywho long story short....I called Bill....the mechanic that I went to last year and beg and pleaded with him to see if he could fix it and by Friday (the next day for those of you who aren't really paying attention)......boy I don't ask for mch....do I !!! He told me to bring it over and he would have a look and see what he could do. I took it up and crossed my finger. He said he could do it.....but he was not sure until he got in there how long it was going to take. After I tossed and turned all night I woke up and headed to work. I never heard from Bill all morning....I began to panic, cause I was supposed to leave for the Coast the next morning. I broke down and called Bill......he said it all looks good and that it would be ready soon. Talk about relief !!! Then I saw the bill......not Bill the mechanic....the bill bill.......YIKES !!!! Right about now I am wondering if I had any chance in winning the Visa win what you buy deal....then I begin to wonder if this would actually count as part of a purchase.....knowing my luck NO !!

Now it is Christmas Eve.....I made it to big ol' PR safe and sound......of course no sooner did I get here an hour later the power when off. It was out for about 4hrs.....it wouldn't have matter much but Dad was having a Christmas Eve get together and expecting several family members and had to make a ham dinner. Well it all turned out in the end. Another CRAZY family get together !!!! Can't wait for the Christmas dinner get together !!!

I shall retire now to bed and count the number of red-neck monster trucks I have seen today in my head.....tomorrow Santa comes. I hope he understands that I TRIED to be a good girl this year !!!! Have a wonderful Christmas everyone.

Okay so here are some pictures......yes they are pretty crappy....but hey I took them on my phone so they are better than nothin'. Oh and also.....because I was there beeeoootches !!!! Talk about a KICK ASS concert !!! Vince started out a little weak with vocals but he got most of his shit together half way through. Still all and all it was awesome. Steven Tyler, unbelievable......started out strong and ended strong. I had the pleasure of sitting next to the ......uuumm....how do you say......oh...yah.....native americans, who smoked A LOT of dope !! I think I was stoned through the whole concert.......maybe that is why I thought Vince got better ?!!?!?? hahahahaha...........

I had to stop, laugh......and turn around and wait for her to come my way to take this.......SO WORTH IT !!!

Friday.....again...yay !!!

Erin's log.......December 8th, 2006...........

So I FINALLY got the last roll of film developed. Shopper's was so kind to put them on a disc for me without even asking......aren't they GREAT !!! Now I can post some pictures that aren't shanghaied from my darling sister !!!! As I sit here posting I listen to the newest CD from KG&JB....the pick of destiny.....talk about figgin' funny !! Any of you who want a a copy let me know and I would be happy to burn it for you......just send $19.99 to my address !!!.......hee hee hee.... seriously though....my god it is good times !! Although it is a little shorter than I expected.....still too funny !! Not for the innocent ears mind you.

Anyway on with the show.........

The second is of a rainbow......we were holed up in a little arch way waiting for the torrential down pour to stop......with about 2 dozen people....when if finally slowed down we ran for it......I stopped to capture the rainbow.

The third is of an old building....I think it is West Minster Abby...not sure.....any of you Brits out there can school me in the history of this building, feel free.

The fourth is of little Maggie and Grandpa John.....I think she is showing him were the pieces go......Grandpa can be a little slow....hee hee hee.....

The sixth is of fabulous Deb......the wonderful, kind, ever-so-smart Mommy of Abby, Emma & Maggie.

The eighth is of the annual bashing of Dora. Yes every year the kids get to bash Dora.......I think it is more for the adults...they finally get to reap there revenge ! Boy some of the kids have ANGER issues !! Fun was had by all.

The ninth is of a view from my apartment. This is the first snow fall on the city, the sun was starting to set and I thought it looked pretty cool. To bad the power lines are there......oh well.

Oh and I have FINALLY recovered from last weekend's mishaps.....well really just blocked it out for now. Like Jason says.....save my money for therapy....well let me tell you I will be getting my money's worth when I finally seek help !!!!

Okay kids.....this one is short and SWEET !!

So after getting home last night....I ended my night with a call from the VERY handsome Robbie. Apparently he was up partying in Prince George for the night with his friends....cool. Not so cool was the interrogation I received from a complete stranger of ...why I was home alone on a Saturday night. Well....how rude !!! Only my family and close friends are allowed to question and mock me !! As it turns out .....Gina, is her name.....she was actually very nice and friendly.....she wanted to know my intentions with our Robbie........no comment !!! She would like me to come to PG in the Summer and meet the gang and have a bottle or so of wine......Robbie...what have you been telling people !!! hahaha......I guess nothing that isn't true !!! heeheehee....

Anywho I managed to crawl into bed around midnight.....yes I was sober.
I was having such a peaceful sleep.....no calls/text from Sara....all good....until about 220am......I awoke to the awesome sounds of my neighbor.....the hussie...have very loud sex !! Unfortunately this is NOT the first time this has happened. I did drift in and out of sleep for the next hour as they went at it like the world was going to end tomorrow and they had to make this one count !!! Finally I got back to sleep.......I woke up at 900am......and yes plotted my REVENGE.......mmmuuuuhhhhaaaaa, mmmmuuuhhhaaa.....if there is one thing that the Mussellam's are good at.....it's revenge !!! I rolled out the vacuum and vacuumed my bedroom.......then once I was done.....I left the vacuum on right up against the wall so it had this lovely rattling noise echoing the room. I kept it there for about 10mins. As I walk into my room to turn off the vacuum....much to my surprise.......yes....those bitches are going at it again !!!! HOW RUDE !! So naturally I continued with my Sunday morning chores......when I heard silence next door......I turned the vacuum on again for another 10mins. hahahaha.....I'll teach them !!!!

Well back to cleaning the house....doing the dishes......and I guess I should vacuum the living room too while I'm at it.

The Carship Enterprise has been compromised .....laa laaa la laa......booo...
Sorry kids not quite in the mood for my normal witty intro.

Today started out good.....then end poorly......well it could have been worse I suppose.

I was awoken by some lovely text messages from Sara....the first time at 530am then the second time at 805am......the pics were very nice. I have not posted the pictures cause last time I got in shit for it. Apparently ..... I scooped them from Sara who was going to update HER blog with them. oh well !! Anyway ....on with my story...... I got up made coffee watched Gilmore Girls.....the usual Saturday morning .......then I got ready and walk my fat arse to the gym. A couple hours later I arrived back home and beautified myself to head out to Pacific Center to do some Christmas shopping. After about 4 and a half hours of walking, shopping and spend way too much money I made it back to the parkade where I alway park. As I dut dut my alarm.....I hear the 3 dut dut duts back ......meaning someone has tampered with Carship Enterprise. I look all around the Car for ding's, dents, smashed glass.....etc......nothing. As I attempt to open the passenger side the door opened......then I realize......I haven't hit the other button to actually unlock the doors. hhhhuuummmm..... I opened the door and look around inside.....nothing is gone....but I still can't figure out who the door got unlocked. Puzzling.......so I get in and start the car up....still trying to figure it all out......and then......I look over at the passenger window (which are all automatic) and notice the top right corner of the window is sticking out ....yes while still fully up. So I get out and walk around to examine it.....it looks like the ASSES popped something in the top and prided open and somehow unlocked the door. I managed to roll it down and push it back in behind the black rubbery thing and roll it back up. After getting back into the Carship I search the whole thing again....nothing looks gone....so guess that is good news. I was really choked !!! As I pull up to pay for the lovely service that I have just experienced......I tell the guy that someone broke into my car and he replies with.....I don't understand you. mmmmmmm.......this time I speak really SLOWLY .....some one broke into my car. He looked at me funny and said...oh. I gave him my money and drove off. fa laaa laaa laa laa laaa laa laa laaaaaa !!!

Well all I can say is .....at least nothing seems to be stolen or broken.....THANK GOD !!!! I do NOT need to pay another $300 deductible to ICBC. As I drive down the road home.....I begin to get very angry.....this is where I start having conversations with myself, yes and answering myself....about how people can be suck assholes. I mean I had NOTHING of value in the carship....nothing laying out for people to see.....so why ??? All I can say is.......good thing that nothing was damaged to bad (...the Carship did take a little chipping where they forced whatever the hell they used into the window).....but I would have been extremely pissed off if I had to get something replaced or fix and had to pay another deductible. ICBC has already taking about $900 over the last 5yrs from 2 attempted B&E's and a hit and run. Why I have to pay for this is beyond me !! I know I am not the only one who has been screwed by ICBC.....but they suck to sometimes.

.........and that my readers is my rant !!!
